Emissions

Emission data used in the model computation of selected POPs (PAHs, PCDD/Fs, PCBs, g-HCH, HCB) are presented in this section. The information on POP emissions includes emission totals (table) and their spatial distribution (map). These emission data were obtained on the basis of available official data submitted to the UN ECE Secretariat by countries and/or expert estimates.

The following table contains the information about available emission data used in regional and hemispheric calculations carried out by June 2007 [Gusev et al., 2007].
